Web Dashboard
The Ordara web dashboard lets you view your orders remotely from any browser.
Signing In
The web dashboard uses your Whop account for authentication.
- Go to app.ordara.io.
- Click Sign In.
- Log in with your Whop account credentials.
Connecting to Your Desktop App
The web dashboard does not store your order data on a server. Instead, it connects to your running desktop app through a secure bridge connection.

Your Ordara desktop app must be running for the web dashboard to display your orders. If the desktop app is closed or offline, the web dashboard will not be able to load your data.
When everything is connected, you will see a green connection indicator in the web dashboard. If the indicator is red or missing, make sure:
- The Ordara desktop app is open and running on your computer
- Your computer has an active internet connection
- The app has finished its initial sync
- Your desktop app is updated to the latest version
What You Can Do
The web dashboard gives you a convenient way to:
- View all your orders from any device with a browser
- Filter and search orders by retailer, date, and status
- Check tracking information and delivery estimates
- Review release status to see where your drops stand

The web dashboard is read-only. You can view and browse your data, but managing email accounts, creating releases, and changing settings must be done in the desktop app.
When to Use the Web Dashboard
The web dashboard is handy when you are away from your main computer and want to quickly check on an order status, look up a tracking number, or review your releases. Since it works in any browser, you can pull it up on your phone, a tablet, or laptop.
