Releases

Releases help you stay organized across various retailers and product drops. They give you insight into all of the orders for a specific retailer on a given date, along with stats like totals, shipping status, and fulfillment progress.

What Is a Release?

A release represents a specific product drop or launch event — for example, a new sneaker release, a trading card set drop, or a limited-edition product launch. By grouping orders under a release, you can see at a glance how many you secured, what has shipped, and what is still outstanding across every retailer you ordered from.

Automatic Release Detection

Releases are created automatically as Ordara identifies orders. When new orders are parsed from your email, Ordara groups them into releases based on retailer and date — no manual setup required.

To pick up newly synced orders or update existing releases, click Detect Releases on the Releases page.

Release details

Opening a release gives you a full breakdown of how the drop performed. At the top you can see the overall stick rate — the percentage of orders that are still active — along with total order counts and status summaries.

Items

Each item in the release is displayed as a card with its own stats and stick rate. Click on an item card to filter the release orders table down to only the orders related to that item.

Release Orders Table

The release orders table works just like the main orders table. You can filter, sort, and export the release's orders to CSV. See Orders and Exporting for more on how to use these features.
