General Tips
Before diving into a specific topic, try these first:
- Restart the app. Close Ordara completely and reopen it. This resolves many temporary issues.
- Check your internet connection. Ordara needs an active connection to reach your email server and sync with the web dashboard.
- Verify your email credentials. If you recently changed your email password or revoked an app password, you'll need to update it in Ordara.
- Make sure Ordara is up to date. Older versions may have bugs that have already been fixed. Check for updates by restarting the app.
